Service Dog Training
A fully trained service dog is specifically trained to perform focused tasks to work with people with disabilities and can cost over $25,000. As defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), disabilities can be physical, sensory (deaf or slight of hearing), psychiatric (episodes of depression, anxiety, anxiousness, etc.), or other mental disabilities. You do not need a letter from a physician to qualify for a service dog, but you will need a well-trained dog. For dogs 6 months old and older.
These 10 sessions will cover:

The Traditional Training Model & How to Use It
- Positive reinforcement training model strategies and techiques
- Other training models

Dog Training Equipment & How to Effectively Use Them
- Dog leashes, training collars, food reward, food reward pouch, clicker, and electronic devices (if needed)
- Leash management
Training commands: Potty, Sit, Down, Stay, Leave It, Come, Wait, Ok, Quiet, Off, Place, Stop, Drop It, Heel, Break, Hup, and Special Task Commands
Bonus: After completion of the training session, you will have the following:
- A fully trained service dog

Ten customized program(s) & training recap(s)
- Includes dates, times, and location of training and what was covered in each training session

A signed Department of Transportation Service Animal Air Transportation Form (keep this as your original)
- Make a copy for any flight you go on for the duration of your service dog’s life
- Service Dog Rights & Entitlements
We have relationships with Open Doors Organization (partnerships with Alaska Airlines, jetBlue, Sun Country Airlines, and Allegiant Airlines) and Service Dog Certifications to help you will all necessary travel needs.
